Every dog deserves a warm home especially those who've spent their lives protecting ours.

Honoring Our Four-Legged Heroes: Why Retired Service Dogs Deserve a Home

They don't do it for approval but instead because they were trained to.

As each day passes, Service dogs all around the Philippines work quietly to serve and protect us. From sniffing bombs, helping in missions, or supporting individuals with disabilities. These dogs work hard both in physically demanding and emotionally intense situations.

But they can't work forever. Some retire because of age, illness, or injury. While some retire because they are too old to continue because of this majority of them don't end up in a home. That’s the gap we hope to bridge.

These dogs work for multiple years serving humans. Now, it's our turn to give them a home that'll well come them into their forever homes as a normal dog.

Why This Matters

Retired service dogs aren’t just “former working animals.” They're dogs with personalities, emotions, and are willing to serve us. Multiple years of duty can cause them to have difficulty adjusting to a dog's quiet and comfortable life.

Some of them struggles with health issues because of their previous dogs and will need help with adjusting. Despite the difficulties - they deserve to be understood and loved for who they are. They're still dogs who deserve to live in a forever home.

What Can You Do?

We believe in one thing:

Every dog deserves to retire into a forever home that welcomes them with love and patience.

We want this website to inspire you to realize that these service dogs aren't just tools of security but instead were once small puppies who spent all their lives to protect us in their golden years.

Let's honor their service by making sure they aren't left behind.
